Registration guidelines
How registration was processed, how payments were handled and the conditions that applied to cancellations and refunds.
The 2023 conference was planned as a hybrid event, with physical participation at SGPGIMS, Lucknow, and virtual participation online. The notes below set out the registration process and the conditions that applied to delegates.
Five steps to a confirmed place
- 01Complete the prescribed registration form. Use one form per delegate.
- 02Pay the applicable fee through the online portal or by bank transfer.
- 03Registration is processed only after the payment is received.
- 04Check your registration details and inform the secretariat of any discrepancy as early as possible.
- 05An invoice cum receipt with your registration ID is sent by email. Check your junk or spam folder as well.

How fees could be paid
Credit card, debit card and net banking payments carried an additional charge of 5 percent. There were no additional charges for bank transfer by NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, bank draft or cheque.
Delegates paying by NEFT or IMPS had to mention their name in the reference or remarks column so that the payment could be matched to the registration.

Cancellation and refund policy
If government guidelines related to COVID 19 required a change at the time of the conference, physical registration would be converted to virtual or online registration. The remaining amount would be returned after a deduction of 25 percent.
Delegates who wished to convert an online registration into a physical registration had to pay the difference under the spot registration category.
